Water wonderland. When the owners of a large bushland property commissioned GFE to create their own private billabong' they got more than they bargained for, with earthworks uncovering an old private dumping ground. Consequently extensive rubbish removal was required to transform this bushland tip site into a tranquil oasis.

Sustainable and exclusive use of the on-site rock and gravel to contour the landscape allowed the large pond and waterfall to be viewed from the renovated home on the block. Indigenous reeds and water plants were used to strip nutrients from the water and a clay filled pocket in the pond was established to grow water lilies. The natural' pond is now a haven for wildlife and looks like it has been there forever.
